Sheriff Appeal Court (Civil)

The rolls contain information on the civil cases calling in the Sheriff Appeal Court each day. The rolls contain the date, time and location of the appeal hearing, the name and court reference number of the case and the names of solicitors acting for parties. Civil appeals can be heard in any Sheriff Court in Scotland.
