Office of the Keeper of the Rolls

The Keeper's Office can be described as the "Rolls Department" since it is responsible for the publication of the Rolls of Court on a daily and weekly basis.

The Keeper and his staff have to take account of daily changes and allocated work to Court and Judges accordingly.

The Keeper

Responsible for:-

  • Weekly assignment of Judges to civil work taking into account the criminal; programmes already agreed with the Deputy Principals
  • Setting up additional civil and criminal Courts, employing temporary/retired Judges as and when required;
  • Assignment of Clerks to Judges

Fixing Times

Agents wishing to fix diets at the Keeper’s Office may attend at the following times;

10:30am - 12:30pm
2:30pm - 4:00pm

10:00am - 12:30pm
2:30pm - 4:00pm

10:00am - 12:30pm
2:30pm - 4:00pm

Agents please note that due the pressure of business within the Keeper’s office, fixing is restricted to these times and that fixing over the telephone is not possible.
