SCTS arrangements for Early May Bank Holiday

All Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service buildings will be closed for the Early May Bank Holiday on Monday 4 May.

All Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service buildings will be closed for the Early May Bank Holiday on Monday 4 May.
The following arrangements have been made for all sheriffdoms to hold custody courts on Monday 4 May
•    Lothian and Borders
Custodies for Edinburgh, Jedburgh, Livingston and Selkirk will call in Edinburgh Sheriff Court
•    Glasgow and Strathkelvin
Custodies will call in Glasgow Sheriff Court
•    North Strathclyde
Custodies for Paisley, Greenock and Dunoon/Lochgilphead will call in Paisley Sheriff Court
Custodies for Dumbarton, Oban and Campbeltown will call in Dumbarton Sheriff Court
A custody court will sit in Kilmarnock Sheriff Court
•    Tayside, Central and Fife
Custodies for Dundee, Perth and Forfar will call in Dundee Sheriff Court
Custodies for Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline will call in Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court
Custodies for Alloa, Falkirk and Stirling will call in Falkirk Sheriff Court
•    Grampian, Highland and Islands
Custodies for Aberdeen, Peterhead, Lerwick and Banff will call in Aberdeen Sheriff Court
Custodies for Inverness, Elgin, Tain, Wick, Kirkwall, Portree, Stornoway, Lochmaddy, and Fort William will call in Inverness Sheriff Court
•    South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway
Custodies for Airdrie, Hamilton and Lanark will call in Airdrie Sheriff Court
Custodies for Dumfries and Stranraer will call in Dumfries Sheriff Court
A custody court will sit in Ayr Sheriff Court
