A reminder of the revised measures effective from today for those using SCTS buildings.

All Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service buildings will be closed for the Easter Public Holidays on Friday 15 April and Monday 18 April. There are custody arrangements in some Sheriffdoms.

Following the First Minister's update on 30 March, we have reviewed SCTS measures in line with the latest public health guidance.

Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service have appointed Robin Macpherson WS as Auditor of the Court of Session.
