This is to advise that there will be a change to the Evidence and Procedure Review planned programme of workshops.
Following feedback from justice partners, agencies, groups and others with an interest in the Evidence and Procedure Review, we will be substantially revising the programme of workshops to discuss the Review’s propositions.
To make it easier for court practitioners to attend we will be putting together a programme with sessions outside of normal Court hours, and we will be looking to hold discussions in a wider variety of locations across Scotland.
The sessions announced for Edinburgh will not proceed as advertised, but there will be a revised programme announced in due course.
