The date of the substantive hearing shown is the date originally allocated when permission to proceed was granted. This date may be subject to change. Case description documents will remain on the website until the substantive hearing has taken place or the case has been otherwise disposed.
Information in relation to public interest intervention can be found at Chapter 58 of the Rules of the Court of Session.
Information on immigration and asylum petitions is not included as the majority of such judicial reviews relate to decisions in respect of individual asylum applications.
