(FIRST) The Right Reverend David Railton, Bishop of the United Diocese of Argyll and the Isles of The Scottish Episcopal Church, having his office at St. Moluag’s Diocesan Centre, Croft Avenue, Oban, Argyllshire, PA34 5JJ, (SECOND) The Very Reverend Canon Margaret Campbell, Dean of the said Diocese, having her office at St. Moluag’s Diocesan Centre, aforesaid, (THIRD) The Reverend Canon Simon Mackenzie, Synod Clerk of the said Diocese, having his office at St. Moluag’s Diocesan Centre, Croft Avenue, aforesaid, (FOURTH) Jonathan Richard Miles Bell, Solicitor, Registrar of the said Diocese, having his office at Lochaber Rural Complex, Torlundy, Fort William, Inverness-shire, PH33 6SQ, and (FIFTH) The Right Honourable Patrick Robin Archibald Boyle, 10th Earl OF Glasgow, residing at Kelburn Castle, Fairlie, Largs, Ayrshire, KA29 0BE, as the whole Trustees of the Trust for the Episcopal Church of Scotland constituted and settled by the Trust Disposition granted by the Right Honourable George Frederick Boyle, Sixth Earl of Glasgow, on 8th June 1875, and recorded in the Division of the General Register of Sasines for the County of Bute on 30th June 1875 for approval of a scheme for the transfer of the assets of the trust to another public trust under and in terms of section 9 of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1990
