People who have used the services currently provided by the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) are invited to help shape its future by joining the User Panel.
From attending court or paying a fine, to obtaining Power of Attorney or going through divorce proceedings, anyone who has interacted with the court, in person or online, can help inform improvements relevant to them.
People can take part in the User Panel by initially completing the short online form.
Once this is submitted SCTS will be in touch. This could involve more questions by email, a call from a researcher, or an invitation to try out new online transactions.
