Custody court arrangements

Some courts will be closed for Monday public holidays during September.

The following arrangements have been made for custody courts:

Monday 15 September

Lothian and Borders

• Custodies for Edinburgh, Jedburgh, Livingston and Selkirk will call in Edinburgh Sheriff Court

North Strathclyde

• Custodies for Campbeltown will call in Dumbarton Sheriff Court

Monday 22 September

Grampian, Highland and Islands

• A custody court will sit in Aberdeen Sheriff Court
• Custodies for Kirkwall, Stornoway, and Fort William will call in Inverness Sheriff Court

North Strathclyde

• A custody court will sit in Kilmarnock Sheriff Court

South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway

• A custody court will sit in Ayr Sheriff Court

Monday 29 September

Glasgow and Strathkelvin

• A custody court will sit in Glasgow Sheriff Court

North Strathclyde

• Custodies for Paisley and Dumbarton will call in Paisley Sheriff Court

South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway

• Custodies for Airdrie, Hamilton and Lanark will call in Hamilton Sheriff Court

Most fines can still be paid online or by post - information is available on the Pay a Fine web page.
