SCTS Gender Pay Gap Report published

This year’s report is based on data captured on 31 March 2023.

In accordance with legislation, SCTS has published its Gender Pay Gap results. This year’s report is based on data captured on 31 March 2023.

We are pleased to report that SCTS continues to have a median gender pay gap of 0%, this is the difference between the midpoints in the ranges of hourly earnings of females and males. 

The SCTS mean gender pay gap remains very low at 3.5%, a slight decrease on last year’s result (3.7%). The mean gender pay gap is the difference between average hourly earnings of females and males.

SCTS will retain the information on the SCTS website for three years.
