Due to the public holiday for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral, all SCTS court and tribunals buildings will be closed out of respect on Monday 19 September.
The following arrangements have been made for all sheriffdoms to hold custody courts on Saturday 17 September.
Lothian and Borders
Custodies for Edinburgh, Jedburgh, Livingston and Selkirk will call in Edinburgh Sheriff Court
Glasgow and Strathkelvin
Custodies will call in Glasgow Sheriff Court
North Strathclyde
Custodies for Paisley, Greenock and Dunoon/Lochgilphead will call in Paisley Sheriff Court
Custodies for Dumbarton, Oban and Campbeltown will call in Dumbarton Sheriff Court
A custody court will sit in Kilmarnock Sheriff Court
Tayside, Central and Fife
Custodies for Dundee, Perth and Forfar will call in Dundee Sheriff Court
Custodies for Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline will call in Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court
Custodies for Falkirk, Alloa and Stirling will call in Falkirk Sheriff Court
Grampian, Highland and Islands
Custodies for Aberdeen, Peterhead and Banff will call in Aberdeen Sheriff Court
Custodies for Inverness, Elgin, Tain, Wick, Kirkwall, Portrtee, Stornoway, Lochmaddy, Lerwick and Fort William will call in Inverness Sheriff Court.
South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway
Custodies for Hamilton, Lanark and Airdrie will call in Hamilton Sheriff Court
Custodies for Dumfries, Ayr and Stanraer will call in Dumfries Sheriff Court
