The Commercial Actions Users Group met on 1 April 2026, and was chaired by Lord Sandison.
There was discussion on a range of matters, including, in particular, factors around decisions whether to litigate in the commercial court; the preparation of witness statements; possible restrictions on documentary productions; and possible alternatives to commission and diligence.
