Sheriff Principal Derek Pyle, Sheriff Principal of Grampian, Highland and Islands, has published an Order of Court providing for the return of solemn proceedings to Kirkwall, Lerwick, Lochmaddy, Portree, Stornoway and Wick Sheriff Courts.
