Civil Online portal enhancements

Following the launch of the new Civil Online portal a number of enhancements have been made

Following the launch of the new Civil Online portal the following enhancements have been made:

Summary Page from Claim and Response forms:

When you are on the summary page you are now able to click the edit button to allow you to quickly and easily edit any section of the claim form. Once you have made any amendments and click save it will take you back to the summary page to allow for submission on the claim or response.

Default Office

If you work for a solicitors company and they have more than one office you are now able to select one as the default office. This mean you no longer have to select an office once you select the default office. You will still be able to change office at any time.

Submitting a Document

A back button has been added to the ‘submit a document’ screen. This will take users back to their ‘my cases’ list. This means that users no longer have to return to the home screen should they decide not to submit a document in the case.

Thank you to all users who have provided feedback on the new portal.

The next feature coming will be caveats phase two which will allow you to:

  • Track caveats and their expiry date
  • Submit one caveat to multiple courts
  • Renew multiple caveats in one go
