Functionality to submit motions via Civil Online will not be included at this time. Email submissions will still be accepted, however, solicitors will be encouraged to use Civil Online for all submissions going forward.

2. Updated Document Availability – Motions
A number of motion-related documents will become visible on Civil Online for Court of Session cases:

  • Oppositions to motions
  • Consents to motions
  • Confirmations of dropped motions/opposition

These documents will appear in the Motions Table, giving you a clearer overview of case activity.

3. Minutes of Tender & Pursuers’ Offers
These documents will be available to view in the case tracker under a new “Other Documents” section.

Once they are assigned a process number by court staff, they will move from “Other Documents” into the main Inventory of Process.

You will soon be able to view a wider range of documents within the Inventory of Process for Sheriff Court cases.
Newly visible documents will include:

  • Certificates of Intimation

1. Pending Documents
