Help us improve this website for you

The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service is currently undertaking a website redevelopment in order to better meet the needs of our wide range of users.

The SCTS website fulfils many roles: it is a source of information essential for people to do their jobs; it helps jurors, witnesses and other court users to understand what is expected of them; and it is a key tool in providing transparent information on how the Scottish justice system works.

As a starting point for this significant piece of work, we are working with an external agency, Screenmedia, to gather a comprehensive understanding of who our internal and external users are, what they need from our website, and how we can best deliver this.

We invite you to fill in this short survey, prepared by Screenmedia and hosted on Google docs.

Among other things, you will have an opportunity to share feedback on how, when and why you use the website, your current business requirements, and any challenges you face in accessing information.

The survey will run for one week, closing at 5pm on Monday 7 March.

Please be assured that the survey is completely anonymous, with all responses held by Screenmedia and deleted when the project is complete. We welcome – and encourage – all feedback, both positive and negative.

If you have any questions or face any technical issues, please email communications@scotcourts.gov.uk

Thank you in advance for your participation. Your input is highly valued as we strive to make access to information about Scottish courts and tribunals easier for all.
