Deborah Anne Lovell will be the first female appointment to both the Scottish Land Court and Lands Tribunal for Scotland.

Ordinary action case tracking for Sheriff Court and ASSPIC cases is coming to Civil Online. This will allow solicitor users to track all documents submitted to the court, all interlocutors and the timetable issued in personal injury actions.

A successful pilot, where evidence is shared and, where possible, agreed prior to a trial diet being assigned, has been extended to Scotland’s busiest court – Glasgow Sheriff Court.
