New measures for our courts and tribunals come into force today (Monday 20 December) in response to the latest public health advice and the spread of the COVID-19 Omicron variant

We have published today our revised guidance for court and tribunal users in the light of the First Minister's recent announcement on the spread of the Omicron variant.

The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service has published today the latest monthly workbook to show the throughput of criminal cases in our courts.

In response to the latest public health guidance, we are making a number of changes to supplement the strong baseline safety measures that we already have in place in our courts and tribunals.
