This has been another challenging year for everyone and I would like to say thank you to all those who have supported and used the services of our courts and tribunals. We have all had to adapt to new ways of working and respond quickly to changes. The extraordinary resilience, collaboration and goodwill that everyone has shown has enabled the courts and tribunals to continue delivering access to justice in the face of an ever-changing COVID-19 context.
With the rapid transmission of the Omicron variant, we know the next few weeks and months will be equally challenging. Our focus will remain on the safety of everyone who needs to work in or use our buildings whilst maximising throughput of business.
In the meantime, I hope you all have a safe festive season and I would like to wish everyone health and happiness for 2022.
