The Lord President’s Guidance on Compliance with Court Orders Relating to Parental Responsibilities and Rights has been updated.
During the current coronavirus crisis, it is recognised there may be some concern regarding safe compliance with court orders. With the introduction of the Scottish Government’s local protection levels and travel restrictions, the update provides general guidance on how to proceed appropriately at this time.
The guidance is general and recognises that the individual family and child circumstances will require to be considered.
