- Ayr: a court will sit at Dumfries Sheriff Court to deal with persons appearing from custody on this day
- Edinburgh: a court will sit at Edinburgh Sheriff Court to deal with persons appearing from custody on this day
- Livingston: a court will sit at Livingston Sheriff Court to deal with persons appearing from custody on this day
- Selkirk: a court will sit at Selkirk Sheriff Court to deal with persons appearing from custody on this day
- Stornoway: a court will sit at Inverness Sheriff Court to deal with persons appearing from custody on this day
