From Monday 14 September, all Tayside, Central and Fife courts will be publishing daily times for remand court cases to call. With Covid-19 arrangements in place, it is important to manage the number of people within court buildings at any one time. Staggered case times help ensure the 2m physical distancing arrangements can be maintained at all times within the courts.
Where defence agents are appearing for multiple cases, every effort will be made to have those cases call consecutively.
