Contingency arrangements for civil proceedings within the Sheriff Appeal Court have been updated and new guidance issued.
The Sheriff Appeal Court - Civil guidance sets out that new Notes of Appeal will be accepted and first orders issued. From 11 May the SAC Appeal Court expects to schedule procedural hearings and will contact parties regarding arrangements to proceed by written submission or teleconference.
