Could you contribute to setting the strategic direction of the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) during a period of major reform to the Scottish justice system?
Applications from individuals who are not a judicial office holder or a practising advocate or solicitor, are being invited to fill a vacancy for a non-Executive member of the SCTS Board, which will arise in January 2020. A selection panel will consider applications and draw up a short list of suitable candidates for interview before making its recommendations to the Lord President, who makes the appointment. Applications are invited from people who have the enthusiasm, skills and experience at a senior level and can make a significant contribution to the delivery of justice in Scotland.
