Would you like to see the new Civil Online digital submission process in action?
Civil Online users will soon be able to submit a new simple procedure case, respond to any claim and submit all supporting documents online when the new service is introduced.
A number of sessions are being held around the country to demonstrate the submission process and the presentation of digital cases in a courtroom environment.
Solicitors, their staff and interested organisations are invited to attend. The sessions will be held at sheriff courts in: Edinburgh on 11 April @ 4.30 pm; Aberdeen: 15 April @ 4.30 pm; Dundee: 18 April @4.30 pm; and Glasgow: 23 April @ 4.30 pm.
