SCTS Gender Pay Gap Report published

Mar 29, 2019

In accordance with legislation, SCTS has published its Gender Pay Gap Report which shows 0% for median pay and a low, 2.8% for mean pay.

This is the difference between average hourly earnings of females and males and is a reduction of 1.1 percentage points to last year’s result.

The reduced mean figure is attributable to an increase in the overall female headcount and a rise in the total and average hourly rates for female employees in comparison to males during the financial year 2017/18

SCTS will retain the information on the SCTS website for three years.
