From today the Tax Chamber within the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland takes on the functions and members of the former First–tier Tax Tribunal for Scotland. The new Chamber President is Anne Scott.
The Upper Tax Tribunal is also abolished and replaced by the
Upper Tribunal for Scotland.
