Today we become the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) as a consequence of the Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014. From today, the SCTS assumes the responsibilities formerly held by the Scottish Court Service (SCS) and the Scottish Tribunals Service (STS). We are in the process of updating our website to reflect our new name.
The SCTS supports justice by providing the people, buildings and services needed by the judiciary, courts, Office of the Public Guardian and devolved tribunals.
