The Health and Education Chamber is a Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland created by the Tribunals (Scotland) Act 2014. The functions of the Additional Support Needs Tribunal Scotland were transferred on 12 January 2018 to the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland and allocated to the Health and Education Chamber.
