The Inner House section deals with Statutory Appeals, Stated Cases and Appeals from Inferior Courts such as the Sheriff Court. It also deals with Reclaiming Motions; this is a review of a decision from the Outer House, i.e. a single judge.
The Extracts Department deals with the issue of Extracts. Extracts are official Court documents which allow judgments of the Court to be enforced.
The Extracts Department also provides copies of divorce certificates granted by the Court of Session.
