Personal Injury Actions in the Court of Session

This page is a facility for accessing the rules and practices in the Court of Session for determining claims for damages arising from personal injury. It will also be used to publish correspondence and notices relating to the practice of the Court that will be of general interest to users.

Please note that all Personal Damages actions that have been settled should be intimated to the Offices of Court on the following form:
