The following forms are to be utilised for preparing a Small Claim Actions to the Sheriff Courts in Scotland. The forms are available in either PDF format (which requires Adobe Acrobat software to view on your computer) or in MS Word Format (which requires a copy of Microsoft Word to view)
The forms may either be completed and printed by filling in the relevant details in the boxes highlighted in blue , or simply printed so that the details can be hand written into the relevant boxes.
