This page is a facility for accessing the rules and practices introduced in the Court of Session in April 2003 for determining claims for damages arising from personal injury. It will also be used to publish correspondence and notices relating to the practice of the Court that will be of general interest to users. In addition, it contains links to the report of the working group that recommended the changes in procedure and the relevant rules and practice notes.
