ACT OF SEDERUNT
The
Lords of Council and Session have made an Act of Sederunt amending the Rules of
the Court of Session 1994.
Paragraph
2 inserts a new Chapter 58A into the Rules. This Chapter sets out a new
procedure relating to protective expenses orders in environmental appeals and
judicial reviews.
