COURT OF
SESSION DOCUMENTS
Up to 15 copies £9.77
per page
First additional 10 copies £11.81 per page
Further copies will be charged at: £13.79 per page
Where additional copies are subsequently
duplicated from drafts prepared for the original printing, the reprints to be
charged at one-half of the above rates.
Where drafts have been typed and the printing of
the copies is afterwards cancelled:
£5.98 per page.
A page to be 250 words. Backings and pages which are necessarily of
less than 250 words may be charged as one page. Close spaced typing, difficult tabular
matter, documents in manuscript or difficult drafts with exceptionally numerous
alternations and additions to be subject to an additional charge of up to
10 per cent, the surcharge to be specified and explained.
One proof copy to be
supplied free. Each additional proof copy
to be charged at 70p per page.
When any Appendix extends to 100 pages or
more, the cost of binding may be charged additionally.
