The Court will be in recess from Saturday 24 March 2012 until Monday 23 April 2012 inclusive.

 

The Offices of Court will be closed on Friday 6 April, Monday 9 April and Monday 16 April 2012.

 

Papers due to be lodged on the aforementioned days will be accepted on the following Tuesday.

 

The Court will sit at 10.00am Tuesday to Friday, except Friday 6 April.

 

SOLICITORS ARE REMINDED THAT DURING RECESS THE COURTS ARE INTENDED ONLY FOR THE DISPOSAL OF URGENT BUSINESS AND ANY MOTION WHICH IS NOT CLASSED AS SUCH WILL BE HELD OVER UNTIL TUESDAY 24 APRIL 2012
