SUMMER 2010

 

 

 

The Court will be in recess from Monday 19th July 2010 until Friday 17th   September 2009 inclusive.

 

The Offices of Court will be closed on Monday 20th September 2010.  Papers due to be lodged on the last day mentioned will be accepted on the following Tuesday.

 

The Court will sit at 10.00am Tuesday to Friday inclusive.

 

SOLICITORS ARE REMINDED THAT THESE COURTS ARE INTENDED ONLY FOR THE DISPOSAL OF URGENT BUSINESS.

 

 

Contrary to previous practice each Tuesday to Friday will be a calling day. 

 

Undefended divorce proofs by way of affidavit evidence will continue to be disposed of.  The Rolls of Court will be published each Thursday and will contain the usual lists relating to such actions.

 

The Winter Term will commence on Tuesday 21st September 2010 and finish on Friday 24th December 2010.
