INDUSTRIAL ACTION BY COURT STAFF ON 8-9 MARCH 2010

Court users should be aware that the Public and Commercial Services Union has called for industrial action by its members on Monday 8 and Tuesday 9 March 2010.  This may result in reduced numbers of court staff being on duty on these dates.  The patience and co-operation of court users with business in the Supreme Courts on these dates who experience a reduced level of service would be appreciated.  Efforts will be made to provide the best possible service in the circumstances.
