EASTER 2008

 

 

 

The Court will be in recess from Friday 21 March 2008 until Monday 21 April 2008 inclusive.

 

The Offices of Court will be closed on Friday 21 March, Monday 24 March and Monday 21 April 2008.  The Court will sit at 10.00am Tuesday to Friday.

 

Papers due to be lodged on the last three days mentioned will be accepted on the following Tuesdays.

 

SOLICITORS ARE REMINDED THAT THESE COURTS ARE INTENDED ONLY FOR THE DISPOSAL OF URGENT BUSINESS AND ANY MOTION WHICH IS NOT CLASSED AS SUCH WILL BE HELD OVER UNTIL TUESDAY 22 APRIL 2008.

 

Motions for Tuesday 25 March must be enrolled no later than 4.00pm on Wednesday 19 March and may be opposed up till 12.30pm on Thursday 20 March. 

 

Motions enrolled for Wednesday 26 March must be enrolled no later than 4.00pm on Thursday 20 March and may be opposed until 12.30pm on Tuesday 25 March. 

 

Motions for Tuesday 22 April must be enrolled no later than 4.00pm on Thursday 17 April and may be opposed up till 12.30pm on Friday 18 April.

 

Motions for Wednesday 23 April must be enrolled no later than 4.00pm on Friday 18 April and may be opposed up till 12.30pm on Tuesday 22 April.

 


 

 

 

Thursday 27 March, 3 April, 10 April and 17 April will be Calling days.  Summonses due to be lodged for calling on these days must be lodged no later than 12.30pm on the Tuesday preceding the Thursday on which the case is to call.

 

Undefended divorce proofs by way of affidavit evidence will continue to be disposed of.  The Rolls of Court will be published each Thursday.  It will contain the usual lists relating to such actions.
