It is now easier to find out information about your local court including phone numbers and email addresses. Each court page contains specific information on travelling to court, access and facilities available, fines payments, court rolls, opening times and links to local justice partners.

Scottish Civil Justice Council

The Scottish Civil Justice Council was established in May 2013 and will replace the existing Court of Session Rules Council and the Sheriff Court Rules Council. Visit the Scottish Civil Justice Council website at www.scottishciviljusticecouncil.gov.uk for more information.
