UK Supreme Court
The Senior Law Lord, Lord Bingham of Cornhill, is seeking views on the draft UK Supreme Court Rules. Anyone wishing to comment may download a copy of the draft Rules here between 12 January and 10 April 2007. The UK Supreme Court is due to open for business in October 2009, more information on the Supreme Court Implementation Programme can be found here.
