Note that the date selection is for an entire WEEK. Because of the nature of criminal cases it is not always possible to guarantee a precise start date. The dates provided are the estimated dates but must allow for the overrun of previous cases or the unavailability of participants in a case. It is always best to check with the local court on the day to see if a particular case is likely to proceed.

The format of the High Court First Instance rolls files has temporarily changed. An amended format based on the current Criminal Appeals rolls format will be introduced in due course.

Information on these pages is provided for convenience and does not replace official notices or court lists provided at court locations. Our web pages are regularly updated but there may be a delay in posting changes and the Scottish Court Service assumes no liability for any legal consequences arising out of the listing of inaccurate or outdated information on these pages.
