Implementing the unification of the courts administration in Lothian and Borders is one of the biggest changes SCS has ever made and is a really important step on the road to Summary Justice Reform.

District Court staff who transferred from the Local Authorities to SCS are now in post and settling in well.  SCS staff were commended by District Court managers for the warm welcome that their staff received when they transferred over.

All staff are putting their training on the business processes and COPII+ into action.  Staff have expressed thanks to the IT team who provided support on site during the crucial first week.  This has been a busy time and everyone has worked hard to make unification a success.
