Lord Bonomy's report sets out various recommendations. A summary of the Consultation responses to the report was published on 15 July 2002. On the basis of this review and the subsequent consultation, the Scottish Government published a White Paper, "Modernising Justice in Scotland: The reform of the High Court of Justiciary".
