A Summary of Responses to the Consultation on the 2002 Review of the Practices and Procedure of the High Court of Justiciary
Lord Bonomy’s report Improving Practice: 2002 Review of the Practices and Procedure of the High Court of Justiciary was published by the Scottish Executive on 11 December 2002. A four-month consultation period was launched simultaneously, which ended in mid April 2003. The Executive subsequently published a White Paper on 19 June (also available at http://www.scotland.gov.uk/library5/justice/mjis-00.asp), and this analysis of consultation responses is provided as a complementary resource to indicate consultees’ views on proposals in the Bonomy Review.
