Please note that with effect from 12 January 2018, the Additional Support Needs Tribunals for Scotland (ASNTS) will transfer into the Health and Education Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland. Mrs May Dunsmuir, the current President of the ASNTS, will become the President of this new Chamber.
In addition, the Scottish Charity Appeals Panel (SCAP) will transfer into the General Regulatory Chamber of the First- tier Tribunal.

Spring Move to create a new Glasgow Tribunals Centre
There will be a relocation of SCTS tribunals administration and judiciary from 1 Atlantic Quay, Glasgow into premises at 3 Atlantic Quay in spring 2018. The centre will also house HMCTS tribunals facilities currently located at Wellington House, Glasgow creating a new dedicated Tribunals Centre. Further details (Link to letter)
