The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service has been shortlisted as a finalist for a 2017 Scottish Top Employers for Working Families Special Award.
SCTS is in the running for the The Carers Scotland best for carers and eldercare, an awardwhich seeks to recognise employers who are interested in innovative and effective ways of supporting employees with caring responsibilities, including eldercare.
Christine Mellon, Director of HR said: “To be shortlisted as a finalist is a considerable achievement on its own. Our evidence shows that our carers’ policy, which supports those with caring responsibilities, allows us to retain skilled staff and support them to make a positive contribution at work."
The Award Ceremony takes place on 9 March 2017.
