Credit Account Holders with the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service no longer require to use E200 forms to enable transactions to be recorded.
Details on new Terms and Conditions were notified to account holders earlier in November and the only information now required for invoicing is the credit account number and the solicitor’s reference. This will allow transactions to be recorded and reported in monthly invoices.
