Over the past two years the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) has been analysing and reviewing their organisational structure to meet current and future demands on their service. Work on this restructure will take place during September and includes changes to accommodation and internal systems including direct dial numbers.
The plans are for the majority of work to take place over weekends to minimise inconvenience to customers. The will be made on the following weekends:
- 29 & 30 August
- 5, 6 & 7 September
It is anticipated that the new structure will be available from 8 September 2015.
New direct dial numbers for staff will be available in September. In the meantime please contact the OPG switchboard on 01324 678300 to ensure you reach the appropriate team and staff member to help with your enquiry.
While every effort has been made to minimise inconvenience to customers for what is planned for what we have control over, the OPG apologises in advance for any inconvenience that may arise over the next few weeks.
