The SCS Annual Report and Accounts 2011-12 for 2011-12 is now available to view and includes financial accounts, key themes of the Corporate Plan 2011-14 and recent organisational achievements.
The 62-page report details SCS accounts and financial performance. It also lists some of the organisation’s successes from the past year which have included:
- CSE accreditation
- shared services management with COPFS
- online fines payment facility
- online PoA facility
- carbon reduction – ahead of target
- redevelopment of Parliament House - continuing on target
Former Chief Executive Eleanor Emberson wrote in her introduction: “All of this was achieved against a background of budget reductions. It is to the credit of the staff in the SCS that they remain enthusiastic, dedicated and committed to the highest standards of customer service.”
